Steven Seagal airbrushed out of poster!!

I found this very interesting. I always thought the "Executive Decision" poster looked very strange. Now I know why. Apparently, Seagal's image was taking off the poster but was intented to be there. Who knows why, but I have my theories.

It even says "Steven Seagal as Col. Travis". Someone please explain this!!!

Seagal's image was taken off probably because his character dies earlier than the half-point of the film ... maybe to emphasize that Kurt Russell has the main role ... and that SS is 'only' a supporting actor hence not as 'important' ... go figure as SS was a supporting actor for "The Ticker" and still appeared on the dvd cover.

It is back!! Unbelievable. I guess the company didnt want to market Seagal as the star, for reasons I can only assume.

See, they're practically identical ... except that the english language has been translated and replaced. "On Deadly Ground" looks the same, but there's that tiny writing at the top of the title ...
