Please be aware, Zenswim, that Biography released this special on a DVD+R format. This is their description of DVD+R format:
"The DVD+R is a non rewriteable format and it is compatible with about 90% of all DVD players. The DVD+R format is created with MPEG2 Variable Bit Rate Compression with two channels of audio. We have the ability to place up to 120 minutes of programming on each disc."
Sorry, but I don't really know what that means.
But I do know that the DVDs released in the U.S. and Canada are Region 1 format, and the U.K. is Region 2, and unless you have a multi-region player, it may not play in your machine. Although, as I said, I'm not familiar with the DVD+R format and how it may play in your DVD player. Perhaps someone else on the forum is more knowledgeable. Well, I'm sure lots more than me, anyway.
Just a friendly piece of advice, so good luck!
