Steven Seagal Playstation Game

Just a quick note. In this months UK Official PS2 magazine, it says something about Steven Seagal being offered a lead role in a game called Onimusha 3 but he demanded too much money for the developers to use him. This is a shame because i'd like to see him in a game.

That would be cool I think, and might attract a lot of the much younger teen fans, but I am sure he knows what he's worth as far as his name and the use of his image goes, so it's totally his choice...

it didn't really have any details, just said what i've said. I can't understand why he'd price himself out of it though. The first two games where very good and it would only refelct well on him and attract new fans. strange.

YOu know actually you might have thought the reason should have been more along the lines of not wanting to promote fighting among todays children.(who already learns it from cartoons)

Right, Amos...I think if anything Steven is a peace loving man...(movies are just movies and they are rated for a reason) Video games are rather violent nowadays...Maybe that was the reason for his declining the offer, who knows...It's his business...

there's no difference between watching a film where someone has a fight and being involved in a virtual computer game fight. it's probably easier to learn fighting things from films because the games are always so over the top that it's impossible to do the moves. onimusha 3, the game seagal was offered, i think is some sort of samurai game. how many people go around carrying samurai swords? turn over to the wwf, that influences kids more than any game.

There was a Playstation game that contained a character who was practically identical to Steven Seagal.

It was called Kensei Sacred Fist i think.

Rodrigo - he meant the first two Onimusha games. Seagal was offered a part in the upcoming 3rd one, apparently.
