about your words....I have read (and heard...LOL ) about this kind of "excuses" (affraid....about what? LOL)...seems this is just a very good "scape"...but this is something too funny, you know? because, may be some aren't so ugly how we imagine !!! Because LOL..we really figure them tooooooooooo horribles !!! LOL LOL LOL and if we figure them like that ...ohhh..their faults,huh? LOL

I wonder...how can someone stay here for so long time, stablishes intimacy between all sort of members and no one knows their faces !! These well-respected, much-liked members from the original site who are still with us have not posted their picture: Mama san, Suzi (who had hers up for a few minutes one day, but took it off ), Kickingbird (who had her picture tampered with by a troll), Hallarian, Amos, Storm, Kat. Nor have any of these members from this site who have been here a while and post regularly: Kathy, Heather, Steve, Yudansha, Pantera, bbryant, some martial artists whose names I can't pronounce , and quite a few others.

But would I say they were ugly or have something to hide? No, of course not--that would be disrespectful. Maybe they don't think it's a wise idea or just don't care to. I don't believe any of us thinks less of them for that. It's simply their preference. Something to think about, Julie. Just be careful.

All the horror stories about the origional site is what has kept me from sharing my picture. A few members have seen my picture because we have exchanged them by email.
Even when I do not know what a person looks like doesn't mean I think less of them. Of the ones who have shared..it is funny they strongly resemble what I would have imagined. Sound weird? I saw a lot of the members pictures that are posted including Suzi... I must say that Steven Seagal has a good looking bunch of fans!
I guess if anyone wants to know what I look like just look at actress Marilu Henner, but with blonde hair and blue eyes. She could pass as my sister.
