I posted a thread about this on the MUSIC forum.
I noticed this scene, it is SEAGAL, as he recieves credit in the titles as STEVEN 'slowhand' SEAGAL, and yes it is him singing!
I never noticed the scene before on my reg 2 DVD, but since i got the reg1 DVD (with directors commentary, i might add!) i noticed this scene straight away.
SEAGAL, is wearing a very funny (and very fake-looking) beard.
ALBERT PYUNN mentions this, on his commentary.
Did you also notice, that the opening scene, apart from the SEAGAL footage was culled from different movies. Most of the explosions are culled from a DOLPH LUNGREN flick, called SWEEPERS.
Yet with all these things against it, i still like the movie TICKER, but it's not my fav PYUNN movie...that would have to be MEAN GUNS (with ICE T and CHRISTOPHER LAMBERT)
