Tim Larkin's Target-Focus Training?

One of my friends told me about this person named Tim Larkin who teaches what he calls Target-Focus Training, he believes that his system of training will allow you to take down street thugs who are armed with weapons. On his site he continues to repeatedly claim that his system will better arm you for the violent streets of today. He also claims that in his system that you only need to learn key principles and not techniques. He argues that learning principles is the key to being ready for the streets in comparison to learning techniques and repeatedly practicing them until you become fatigued.
I was wondering if his program is legit or bull****?

You see alot of adds in Martial Art Magazines that claim they can do this and that, this guy is just another one of them that wants money. Any style can help you defend yourself on the street it depends more on the person though and how skillfull they are. This guy is claiming his system is so effective but I doubt he video tapes and records every street fight that one of his students who practice his system engage in.

Trust me real master like Morehei Ueshiba, Rickson Gracie, etc.. don't need to sell you their art.

In my opinion I have never heard anything about this guy and do not think he is that great.
