The Foreigner, would you guess? Wasn't sure, since it's completely different than the few others I found. Literally translated it means The Stranger. I added it here to The Foreigner section, anyway.

That's a cool one. It looks like the classic posters from older cinema. It reminds me of Charles Bronson and the "Death Wish" movies and Eastwoods "Dirty Harry".

Good catch! We did notice that when the movie first came out in the U.S. the end of December. If there was a high-speed car chase, it happened so fast we must have missed it!
