Very Cool Movie!
Medical students begin to explore the realm of near death experiences, hoping for insights. Each has their heart stopped and is revived. They begin having flashes of walking nightmares from their childhood, reflecting sins they committed or had committed against them. The experiences continue to intensify, and they begin to be physically beaten by their visions as they try and go deeper into the death experience to find a cure.

His days are increasingly being invaded by flashbacks to his first marriage, his now-dead son, and his tour of duty in Vietnam. I saw Flatliners years ago, Clement. It was a very cool movie! Being a nurse, I was very particularly fascinated with the concept.
For some reason, I always assumed Jacob's Ladder was about something else and never watched it. From your synopsis here, I see I had the wrong movie in my mind! Have you watched it yet? What did you think of it?

Hey Serena, I watched Flatliners again today, which is a really good movie, probably the only one with Julia Roberts I can watch more than once. But i never got around to seeing Jacob's Ladder because it got nice out here and I went for a long walk. I'll let you know what I think of Jacob's Ladder tomorrow, I've heard nothing but good things.Serena said:

LOL, Serena you are constantly funny to me. LOL No late fee's, I did watch the movie after and didn't enjoy it that much at all. Maybe I won't rush right out to get it. And I got A's in French in school! I was able to translate exactly what kind of movie it was.
