Where are all threads?

There are only a handful threads from 2012 on this site...the rest is from 2004. Where are the other threads?

Good question. Don't know, cannot find them either.

The site is beeing bombarded by spammers lately, perhaps that's got something to do with. I only delete the posts of the spammers and bann them.

And I'm getting some security errors lately.

Perhaps Craig knows, I'll contact him.

Looking into it now. Looks like it is just the movies forum that is affected?

It has all gone from the database too. Very strange.
Will see if the web host can fix or revert to an earlier backup.

The backup the web host have is only from the 13th September. Unfortunately it looks like we have lost these threads and posts.
I have no idea how this has happened as it has only affected the 'movies' forum. There are no records of them being removed either in the logs too.

I have since checked to see if maybe we had the old forum database, but i must have removed it to save space.
Will start doing my own weekly backup now...

Note i have reverted to an earlier backup as nearly 300 threads were deleted in the last day or two.
Hopefully the problem has been solved.

Posts/threads from the last few days have unfortunately been lost because we had to restore the backup.
