Zen ( to me ) is a way of life , to make me a better person ! you can either take or leave the religious side, i choose to leave it .

Zazen (an important part of Zen) is where i just sit and focus on 1 item ( usually my Bonsai tree) and clear the mind and all u do is look for the peace and harmony and honestly after a 25 minutes of doing that it can turn a sh*t day into a great day,

i needed something to balance out ( a bit hot headed at times) and zen was it .....Guess where i found out about it .......I'll give you a clue , He's well over 6ft tall His initals are S.S and he's the reason we are all here( this forum that is , not life in general ) Yep Steven himself is a practioner of Zen
