In 1994 when Seagal had a fan club. I called and talked to the man running his fan club several times. I sent a letter to him and he sent the letter to Seagal. I received a personally autographed 8x10 from Seagal and this man assured me that Seagal received the letter. Whether he read the letter I do not know but I did receive an autographed picture from Seagal.

I had a house fire in 2001 and lost the picture in the fire. I have contacted several people who know Seagal but Seagal is a very hard person to reach unless you know someone who works for him and that person is willing to hand deliver your letter.

Sorry to be so negative but I have contacted Bing, whom I have met at the Seagal seminars, and have my picture taken with him, Reynosa, his former dojo partner, and Craig Dunn. No one will ask Seagal to replace the picture I lost in the fire. You can send a letter to his office, his house, try anything, but if someone doesn't personally deliver your letter to him he won't get it. He is so well insulated by assistants, bodyguards, and people who want to be known as someone who knows and works for Seagal that I have not been able to contact him at all.

You'd think if Seagal knew I lost the autographed picture in a house fire he would replace the picture, and I think he would. But those who work for him keep him so well insulated from his fans that I'm not sure what if any mail ever reaches him now, especially since the mafia trial.

Someone who runs this site has attended the Aikido testing at his house. I wish I could remember who that was because I would very much like to have my picture replaced. I would even supply the picture if someone would ask Seagal to personnally autograph another picture for me.

Honestly the picture wouldn't mean very much to me unless he handed it
to me himself...
My parents have been telling me the same thing, that he is far too insulated, and that even if I tried to meet him, I most likely could never even get close enough to say hello...
I hope you get your photo replaced somehow...
That must have been terrible to lose it...
I only hope that he reads this board, that would be great for both of us...
I just want him to know that he is admired and adored, anything else is just a beautiful, very wistful dream, I guess...
