Hello Everyone

Hello everyone.
It has been some time since my last visit. I thought I would drop in and let you know how things are going.

I've been pretty busy lately, I've just finished writing a booklet on self-defense. I've written this booklet to use as a reference in a self-defense training program I've developed for women although it's beneficial for all.
It's called
Predator Proof
and it's a lot different than other self-defense books on the market. In my book the main focus is not on the physical aspects of defending ones self but more on how to avoid being in the position of having to defend ones self with violence.

I combine the booklet with easy to use defense techniques that do not require a great deal of practice to effectively use in a real world crisis.

Well I guess that's about all for now, just thought I would drop in and say hello.

Aura Colours? ...

How come there are so many of these aura colours?
Rev.Dean I was doing that questionnaire on your site and here's what I ended up with. How can something like this be judged?

yudansha, maybe I can help you to understand this aura test.
Once you have answered all the questions,
check to see what numeral of each color you end up with. The one or two that are the highest is the color you gravitate towards and those are your aura color(s).

Hope this helps you out a little.
