Doesn't really matter anyway. I'm gonna buy it and watch it the day it comes out from a local store like Best Buy or Wal~Mart, etc.

If you look at the technical details on the Amazon.com site it will tell you that the DVD they are selling is widescreen. Just thought if you didn't know this you may want to .

The video will be presented in both anamorphic widescreen and 4:3 full-frame and the disc will carry a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack. The trailer is the only special feature.

himmmmm !! I am sorry and please forgive me but I didn't understand widescreen and etc. !!
Can I ask this question. I ordered Belly Of The Beast before (region 1) and I watched perfectly from my DVD. Now I ordered Out Of Reach from this address and can I watch this film without problem ?
This is important for me.
Thank you very much

Wide vs. Full...

The version of BOTB I had was in full-screen.
Suzi you will not have a problem watching the movie.
Widescreen means that the picture is stretched in a ratio of 16:9 ('normal' TVs are sized in a ratio of 4:3 meaning 'full screen').

Dear suzi, I looked and it is possible the this DVD has a blocking feature added...
So please check for this RCE before opening...

* Encoding: PLEASE NOTE: Some Region 1 DVDs may contain Regional Coding Enhancement (RCE). Some, but not all, of our international customers have had problems playing these enhanced discs on what are called "region-free" DVD players.

Also please see this site...

http://www.dvdtalk.com/rce.html

I hope you can view it my dear, sweet, friend...:)

I know this is very important, huh?

Hi, Res Dog...

The ranking number I am get is different, but still amazing, wow...

And to think it's not even released yet...

Thanks for mentioning that though, because I never even noticed it before...:)

I dont know if such a high ranking number is good. I think it means in terms of best selling. Ex: Ranking N0.1= Amazon Best Seller. I hope not though.

From Amazon.com's help section:

What Sales Rank Means

As an added service for customers, authors, publishers, artists, labels, and studios, we show how items in our catalog are selling. This bestseller list is much like The New York Times Bestsellers List, except it lists millions of items! The lower the number, the higher the sales for that particular title.

The calculation is based on Amazon.com sales and is updated regularly. The top 10,000 best sellers are updated each hour to reflect sales in the preceding 24 hours. The next 100,000 are updated daily. The rest of the list is updated monthly, based on several different factors.

Out of Reach, as of this posting: Amazon.com Sales Rank (DVD): 3,090
That clear it up?   :D

But I thought you said it was 4000 or so at first, that was why I was confused...And I still am...

So, it's updated every hour...

You are welcome Suzi.

Seagal hasn't released the DVD yet and it's in the top 10,000 ... I say that's pretty good.

As of this hour the ranking is 2,155. Impressive! :)
As Amazon says: "The lower the number, the higher the sales for that particular title."
Wonder if it's all of us? :D

And I wonder...

LOL and I wonder if there's some person who's buying all of the DVDs he/she can. ... investment :=))
