Out For Justice Missing Scene?

Above The Law
I have been watching OFJ for 3 days now trying to find this certain scene that is not shown on the dvd.

On tv when OFJ was being played on TBS and TNT I remember a scene where Richie and his men go to Boby Lupo's wife house and try to kill her or do something, then as they are in a quarell with her some citizens pass by and with bats or something come to her aid?

Is it me or do I just remember this scene so vividly and is not shown in the DVD version of OFJ??

Please help??

Yes, dragon, I think there were some added scenes that were shown in the TV version...
I noticed two at least that I hadn't seen before...
I guess they use them to add in footage when the profanity is deleted out for the TV showing...
They have to make up for the lost time when they edit it, somehow...

So it wasnt just me? But that was an actual scene from OFJ so why isnt it on the dvd?

I don't know, I think when they film sometimes lots of scenes are cut out, and used for this later, also think sometimes they even record the dub overs for the profanity to use later on...It might not be on either one, I'll have to watch and see...I hope someone can tell you...:)

extra scenes

It's not in any DVD or VHS version ever released, neither is the scene where Richie buys a shirt from a store which is in the US TV version. I've been dying to see this TV version again ever since I visited America (I live in the UK). If anyone is willing to record it for me or The Glimmer Man (which also has extra scenes on TV) next time they're on TV in America (it was on TBS when I saw it) let me know and I'll send over some cash in return for them gladly!

It's because when movies air on US tv, they have to fill a two hour slot, what with commercials, this knocks a 90 minute movie to a 105 minute one.
Also certain scenes are omitted or edited (sometime for violence) you can see the missing footage on the OFJ trailer (it breifly shows RITCHIE shooting someone, whilst coming out of a clothes store)

And before these movies reach a post-soviet region there's nothing even left of them...

I'm gutted! I have 3 different versions of OFJ which have slightly different levels of violence in them, (the original UK version was horrendously censored) but I've never seen these extra scenes. I hope they show it again soon, I'll try to get a colleague in LA to tape it for me.
