You dont wait any less lotussan. You actually are paying more I bet, and it will arrive about the same time. How much does it cost over at amazon? The week it is released, Best Buy will have it on sale most likely, and you could go out that day and get it. Sadly, I dont think they will be sold out of it that quickly....

All I want to know is if it's the right one,
I'm not talking about the price...
Sheesh, isn't anyone excited?
I know I am...
I guess I could e-mail amazon and ask them who's in it...
It's odd that it's dubbed, huh?
Darn it now I am sooooo perplexed....

About dubbing.....

As Yudansha explained to me in Post #29, page 2, of this thread, and which made perfect sense:

Serena what do you mean why dubbed and subtitles?

All that means is that the DVD has the option for you to select and turn on the subtitles (perhaps multilingual too).

Would you not get it quicker if you bought it at the store on the day it comes out instead of ordering it online to have it shipped the day it comes out?? Anyway this looks like a good one and I think I'll just buy it without renting it because I probably would have liked to have OFAK but since I rented it first...

That's exactly the way I feel. :) You can get it most anywhere the first day.

I wish I had done what you did about renting OFAK first. :D
Nah, I suppose I would have bought it anyway, just for the sake of completeness. ;)

My, my, aren't we loyal, or are we?
Come on, we are his die hard fans, right?

Lotus--I guess I don't understand.
What's the advantage of purchasing it in advance?
We'll actually have it before anyone who preorders it.

No, I'm talking about what was said about OFAK not being worth buying after renting it...
We are his fans, therefore, if able, we should be purchasing his films, that's all I meant...

Oh, sorry, Lotus. :) I agree 100%. I buy all his movies. That's why I said that even though OFAK wasn't my favorite, I still went and bought it. I always will buy all his movies.

But you said yourself that you regretted it, or rather that you wished you had watched it first...
Do you mean you regret helping Steven?
I don't, and I think I would do almost anything I could just to imagine that it might make him happy, that it might make him smile...
Why?
Because he makes me happy and he makes me smile....:)

I will explain myself this one time only, Lotus, because I consider you my friend, but I will not defend myself, as I have nothing to defend.

I never even once said the word regret. Check my post. And after I said I wished I had watched it first, I had the grinning Steven smilie after that sentence.

I do not buy his movies to "help Steven". I buy them because I like him and enjoy his movies. I realize that nothing I do will make Steven smile. He does not know I exist. I "help" people every day of my life. That is what is most important to me.

And even though OFAK was my least favorite of all his movies, I still purchased it. Even though I had rented it first.

And, if you consider yourself my friend, Lotus, you will please not accuse me of anything in the future. Thank you.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I must leave for work, where I will actually be helping people.
Goodnight, Lotus.
