This is my favorite. I cut it out of a church bulletin a few years ago. I just wanted to share it with everyone.

The Shinto Prayer for Peace

Although the people living across the ocean surrounding us, I believe,
are all our bothers and sisters, why are there constant troubles in this
world?

Why do winds and waves rise in the ocean surrounding us?

I only earnestly wish that the wind will soon puff away all the clouds which
are hanging over the tops of the mountains.

"If a war between our nations pass, will the love between our brothers and sisters last on and on" All of us are from everywhere and I would hate to think anything bad were to happen to any of you!!!!
