on the imdb it says ofak is a 15 and botb is a 18(but it says uncut on it does this mean we in uk will not get full movie of belly)

I think it's really too early to tell. You will probably see nearer the time when the BBFC rate them.

In the US we have the ratings G PG PG-13 & R I take it that these number ratings you speak of is what other countries rate their movies?

PG-13 = 12A
R = 18
We also have a 15 classification too.

X movies dont make it on the big screen though Leon. NC-17 are usually very limited releases-maybe like an Andrew Dice Clay show. I think that they are also thinking about releasing "The Passion"(Mel Gibsons movie about the last 12 hours of Christ's life) as an NC-17 movie because of the graphic violence.

Nowadays NC-17 films are what R-rated films of the seventies and eighties used to be..
I think that movies like Scarface and Texas Chainsaw Massacre(the original) would be NC-17 today. R-rated films of today are watered down and not what they used to be.
X movies are just porno and they will not be major releases.
