PHILIP RHEE?

I often wonder why his movie career just stopped after making the " Best of The Best " movies. I think he's a more talented martial artist than Jet Li or Jackie Chan, he's done a wonderful job displaying his skills in Taekwondo & Hapkido on the movie sets.

Mr. Rhee displayed some very impressive Hapkido Techniques in Best of the Best 2, ...He has great speed and timing in his techniques.

I have Best of the Best 3 on DVD, which has some great fights. Where is part 2 on DVD? I like that film, though it's not available anywhere.
