I know this is a Steven Seagal forum. I used to be a huge fan of Seagal, but obviously now Sonny Chiba is my favorite actor and martial artist. But I still remember Seagal's first 27 movies as I will still watch them once in a while.
For me, I think the best villain from a movie has to be Sai, who I often call "The Ninja Devil". He's the bad guy from the movie FIGHTING FIST (1992 Japanese film). He wears kknife blade shoes and does a bunch of spinkicks with them. The name of the good guy was named Takuma. He's one of my favorite characters of all time too, and he's one of those guys who made me want to choose the perfect name Takuma for my future son.
