I totally agree with you. It's generous to share your experience and your philosophy of life by writing a book. It's so true than nowadays kids need something to be interested in. I have the feeling they're so hopeless. Martial arts can give you a goal, a way to live and a meaning to your life.

My name is Tarek Hussein and I am 16 years old and have been training in Martial Arts for almost over 12 years so far. I am a 3rd dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and currently a White Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I have studied Aikido, Kung-Fu/Wu-Shu, Hapkido, Boxing, Jeet Kune Do.

Thank you Koda. Martial Art is indeed the way of harmony, I feel special to be a Martial Artist and know how to heal people rather than hurt.

Bad picture of my kick

In that picture it seemed like you are trying to kick too high and you might lose your balance if the kick isn't done properly. But if I can do kicks like you do, then my kung-fu training will improve 5 or 6 times. So it's really good that you are very flexible with the kicks.
