Hmm, for the first time I have the feeling this one will be different, although I can be wrong. Steven is more involved in this one. He also did a location scout and is also involved in pre-production. We will see, but it's nice to see a Seagal movie in a different location then Romania or Bulgaria.

Yes hope so too, i would love for him to make a great DTV effort. In my opinion Seagal had some of the best martial arts in his earlier movies and i still believe if he put 110% effort into a movie it would be a success. Look at the amount of rotten DTV releases over the years, there are probably only a handful that you would say are up to any kind of decent standard. (Blood & Bone, Undisputed 2, etc..) I still live in hope, but it gets harder to look forward to a release now after all these years of sub-standard releases.

Thailand is a nice change too.

I think we can expect something like Into The Sun. He was really involved in that production too and it pays off on screen. Story could have been tighter, but it was all Steven (no doubles, no voice dubbing and you could tell he cared). Hope to see something like this in Attrition also.

Little update (if you can call it that) from Bey Logan:

No dates yet. I'll be back in Thailand within the next couple of weeks and will know more then.

Hmm could be, but Bey Logan told me he doesn't know when they start shooting. it's also possible that Seagal is doing another project inbetween. I won't be surprised. All we can do is wait and see.

Guys, if it's true I have good news!

You know that Steven is going to do 3 movies in Thailand: Attrition, Ten Stains and Swordsman.

I very reliable source of me told me that Steven is going to do 3 bigger movies for........NETFLIX!!

So I think it's safe to say that these are the 3 movies I mentioned above. NETFLIX always has good and bigger productions.

Very interesting. Seagal already mentioned Netflix in the video interview in this thread. Also, Bey Logan was a co-producer on the Netflix movie "Tiger & Dragon 2". I thought it was a great action movie.

Would be great. recent netflix productions are highly entertaining and it would be a great opportunity for Seagal.

Well, I seriously think this has something to do with Attrition. Kaos is also at the table, so this must be some kind of meeting for Attrition. It would be cool to have Uwais in the movie. I will try to get this confirmed....stay tuned.

Well, I checked with Kaos, and this was not a meeting about Attrition. Uwais is shooting the movie Triple Threat with Scott Adkins and Michael Jai White. Seagal and those guys are just sharing the same hotel and had dinner.

It's taking long before filming starts. I really hope they start filming soon so we can have some cool setpics. I just want Steven to shoot a movie. I really hope that the long wait will mean that this movie will have some quality.
