"Belly Of The Beast" Rating Query

I was looking up "Belly Of The Beast" on the Internet Movie Database and noticed that it states that the film will have an R rating in the USA and an 18 in the UK. It also states that the 18 rating is the uncut version but I looked up the BBFC's website and the film could not be found in their Search database. What I am wondering is if this information is accurate or not?

Also does anyone know when the film is due for release.

Release date December? - the one date I saw posted (here) was December 30th.

I think the ratings info on Belly on IMDB is bogus because the US ratings website, www.filmratings.com, doesn't have it and neither does the BBFC. I think the film would still be in post production and it prbably won't be rated until September/October, that's if the film sticks to its release date, if it doesn't it could be longer. It took OFAK eight months or so from start of production (September 2002) to get a rating (May or June 2003) so this should take a similar amount of time.
