Yep, this was one of the pictures that I wanted to see him make, along with "Man of Honor" and Under Siege 3..
Blood on the Moon was about terrorists taking over a cruise ship and Seagal's family was on board..I think they might have been killed by the terrorists or the cruise ship was blown up and Seagal's family killed. In any event Seagal then tracked down and killed the terrorists...It had some similarities to the Under Siege movies..

Whatever happened to this film, Blood on the Moon? Was it actually made? I am assuming it was not released because of the Seagal/Nasso feud. Will it ever be made available to purchase, rent, or view?

It was never made..
