That is a good question. Dont we know his real name isnt Steven Seagal, its Steve Seagal or something? I think it will be quite difficult to find out the real answer after all this time. I like "Steven Alexander Seagal", but maybe its something different like "Steven Francis Seagal" Who Knows?!?

Well, I'd hazard a guess and say if SAS Guardian Angel named herself "Steven A. Seagal's Guardian Angel", then it's a good bet his middle might actually start with an "A".

... then his 'middle name' would represent the name of his father ... so, if it starts with an 'A' it could be Alex (short for Alexander) ... in russian, another way to call an Alex is Sasha (I wonder if that's how the Seagal's character got his name in "Half Past Dead") ...
