Life is joy.

Life is joy. The purpose of human life is to expand love. Love heals: there is no infirmity of body, mind heart or soul that can withstand unconditional love. A loving heart finds joy in every moment. Nothing can resist its power for growth. All the problems in human life come when we learn to let go and trust in every moment, in every life situation, we fly ahead on eagle wings into the heart of God, which is pure bliss and Infinite love.
How does one master the transition? By being willing to let go of everything. Anything that is real will remain, but the attachment will be gone.

It is precisely the tendency of life in the waking state to hold onto everything that is so damaging to the world. Give it all away and become part of the solution rather than continue on as part of the problem. Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. If you store up your treasure where moth eats and rust corrupts, you will weep for your lost idols in the end, for one by one they will be taken from you. You will one day return to Life as you entered this world -- naked of body but trailing clouds of glory through your soul. Choose instead today for Truth and Beauty and for the Kingdom of Heaven, not in some far off future state, but Here and Now and watch how quickly your life transforms in magic and wonder and love and joy.

Unite with mankind, children of Light and Truth and Joy.

I feel you....

I know guys..I know its hard sometimes....Just as long as you know that your not alone. Thank you for letting me share some experience with you.

When you are full of problems, there is no room for anything new to enter, no room for solution, So whenever you can, make some room create some space, so that you can find the life underneath your life situations.

Take each day,

One at a time

One day at a time – this is enough.

Do not look back
And grieve over the past,
For it is gone.

Do not be troubled
About the future,
For it has yet to come.

Live in the present,
And make it so beautiful
That it will be worth
Remembering.

Remember problems are what the mind made up and need to survive. They are never really a problem just a life situation so focus your attention on the Now and tell me what "Problem" you have at this moment. As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggles of life dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease, When you are in the present-moment awareness, a sense of quality, care and love will come to life.

I agree with you there are just some things that really dont seem like time could heal. Trust me i know. Your not the only one and maybe that offers some reasurance. i usually just mumble under my breath and say to myself your 24 and not finished with this life yet so the more you throw at me life the more i keep standing.

Take it easy

Sometimes it helps to simply surrender everything, all the good and bad, all the smiles and tears, hopes and disappointments, to God. The Sufis believe in surrendering everything to God by saying "Alhamdulillah" (All Praise Be To God) no matter what happens. This lifts the burden onto the shoulders of God.
Michaem - 24 is a very good age; you have lots of life ahead. I've made it to 55 and have had all sorts of stuff thrown at me; and am so very grateful for all of it because I would not be the person I am today without all that stuff! Think of the Phoenix bird - perishing in the fire (of surrender) and being reborn with new hope. "Let's see what's next".

I think lifes "experiences" are what makes us who we are; like a tapestry. I agree Kickingbird that we need to take our problems to God and let him help us through them. Did you all hear the quote/saying called "Footprints"? It would go down that line of thinking.

Yes thats the game of life I know sometimes in life we feel lost, we spend so many days, months even years, which we cannot reclaim, and you have been running in circles, the good news is that when you have realize this you can STOP and make today, right now a starting place. Every journey must start somewhere, and the time is now if your not already on your way. Remember that setbacks are really setups for you to come forward and reassess where you are and where you are going. I can name you a few people that have found their “there” and we felt it. People like Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King, and so on……The point is don’t let the controversial response of your Critics rob you of the reality of you destiny. These people have little in common outwardly.

When a person has escaped his arena, his destiny, or his purpose, his soul almost seems to weep. You can see sad eyes and dismal expressions. It is written on the face of many alcoholics so happen to be my dad…These are people who seek solace in the bottom –end oof a bottle because they are mourning the loss of a place called “there” sometimes if u sit with them they will tell you “I was almost there” then u ask yourself what happened? Well the road is so narrow and at times difficult. Don’t let someone deter you, don’t let someone push you off your path. It is difficult enough to get “there” without trying your wrist to a person who will cramp and hinder you. Remember it is better to go lonely than not go at all. When you are off your path, your soul will ache. It is not like a toothache or a back pain. You feel this pain in the deepest part of your essence. No medicine will correct it. The word simply means to turn around and go the other way. It indicated hat you have stepped out of your destiny and are lost. When that happen, you have to say to whom or whatever it is that is making your soul ache, “No, this doesn’t work for me. This shoe is not cut for my foot.” Take some time to reflect on where you are and to assess where you are going. But most of all ask how you are doing. You’re the last person who will know how you are feeling and really stick around to hear answer. I’ve seen so many people that lost passion and are living with a disturbed soul, which causes much internal pain. For many it’s a condition that causes restlessness, discontentment and irritability. Others just become numb and indifferent to find “there”. They often feel so lost in the dark woods, where all the trees and landmarks look the same and that they can no longer see the North Star because the branches are in the way. Don’t let life leave you numb and lost in the forest of indifference. It will if you let it.

The answer is this: Always, no matter how dark the day, live on, no matter how sad the circumstances, laugh on, and most of all sweetheart no matter how winding the journey, always go on. We will all have pleasure and pain, sunshine and rain, if your lost pull over to the side of the road and ask for directions. God has the power to provide arrows pointing us back to our proper route. If you’re not sure that your decisions are lining up with your destiny, the listen to the voice of God. He will speak in your soul and He will restore it.
