Line from BOTB...What does "pracha" mean?

I loved the way Steven spoke Thai, in BOTB, he's more charming than ever, but he says the word "Pracha" and I was wondering if maybe may or Thai IP guy knows what it means...
He comes into the temple and he greets the older master with the words, ..."Pracha, sawadeekup..." And says some other things as well, anyone know what it all means?
I don't know if I heard that particular word right or not....Just curious...
If this thread gets a pitiful response I won't be surprised, if so then you mods can just delete it, I won't mind...:D

I have no idea what it means. But because I feel bad that noone responded, I responded. Now, don't get all mushy and think I'm going soft. This is actually some absurd way of getting back at authority. See, if nobody responds, mods may delete your post right? So to fight the power, I respond, and hopefully make a big enough fool of myself that others will respond as well, and no deletion. Its a chain reaction, really. So come people, rally for the cause! Rally, damn you, rally!

Everything is so sweet...just like eating too many sweets...And it's way too long until April 10 when I could afford that more than usually...
Geez...not to have any problems regarding any other language I don't understand I'll simply learn it in order to be able to understand.

April 10, huh?
You gonna bake a cake?
I am think about a card, too...
But who knows where to send it, sigh...
Well, Tora...
As far as the word goes I looked up the word, and no luck...
But I'll attempt to learn what it means...
I'd of course much prefer if he taught me...:)

What it means. I think.

I read that santi, pracha and dhamma mean peace, public participation and righteousness respectively though they may be muddled up as peace would make more sense as the word Sensei says to the Buddhist guy when he meets him rather than public participation.
