Nottingham show

Well ive just got back from the Nottingham show. The show was alright, the band Seagal has are excellent musicians. As for the man himself - im not a massive fan of the music but thought he was adequate enough doing what he was doing. Few observations/disspointments from the gig -

1. He stated he grew up in Louisiana for some reason - this is not true so im not sure why he keeps saying it.

2. Disspointingly he didnt say very much to the crowd - only stopping to saw a few words about an alligator and an 18 year old girl he slept with that was "crazy".

3. After the gig he got straight onto his tour bus and left - even though his tour manager said that he would at least shake some hands.

4. I did feel that at least the 'backing singers' got abit shafted with the credit as they sang at least 60-70% of the songs - not Steven.

Overall im glad i went although i was sure Seagal would be really motivated for this as he seems to have lost his love of acting for music. However, i dont know what it was but he just didnt seem that enthusiastic - he looked happy enough but there wasnt anything more, some bands just go the extra mile to make sure that you have a great night - i got the feeling Seagal wasnt really that bothered - he even walked off in the middle of the last two songs without even waiting the couple of extra minutes to stay and leave with the band.

It may sound strange saying this on a Seagal board but at £30 a go i would say that you have to be a true die hard to go to this show.
