Omero,
hi and welcome to the U.S.S.F.
I'm a small bone framed human being too and i took a class in Aikido for "beginners" in Minneapolis, MN at a park building
I felt welcomed and at ease with the aikido instructor
On the mat, i looked, listened, and learned about the Founder of aikido, it's history to present times, ettiquette, stretching muscles, and slow aikido practice for my fellow ukes and nages in class
That one aikido class for beginners convinced me of aikido's benefit not just for my own well-being, but also for others
So, as a fellow SMALL BONE human being, i can say that aikido is working for me as long as i remember to continue with reading aikido, practicing aikido exercises both alone and with others, and ask questions from other aikido practitoners of aikido class/dojo experience on the mat
I am slowly learning that aikido is helping me to become a better human being in society with others
