When Seagal hit the screens in 88, nobody would think that his type of martial arts would bode well with other martial artist. When he did "Above The Law" and
and his famous first line

You Think Your Above The Law, Well Your Not Above Mine

it hit a note and everybody was waiting for his next movie. You cannot dispute Seagal but because he uses more than one style
in his movies and thats what sets him apart from the martial artist. My ? is
has Seagal popularity gone down because he has not done a big budget movie
in along time or do you think he is as popular as he was when hr hit the Big Screens.

He has become much less popular. I think his films never lost quality its just that alot of people may not understand them or prefer more CRAZY films like the matrix and find seagals stuff boring! But at least its real
