Sorry Seagal but I would have to give it a thumbs down. Too much gun action weak plot and not very entertaining. Hey thats what you get when a martial arts legend is teamed up with a wanabe wise guy gangsta rapper.

I'm with Justice - neither up nor down for me. Having seen OFAK since then... HPD looks like a masterpiece by comparison.

At least in OFAK Seagal does most of his own fighting which in my opinion makes OFAK better than HPD.

Yea I agree. I loved Out For A Kill, the plot, the setting so errie and dark and the fight scenes were breath taking.
