Still suprised about the fact that Dutch distributors are picking up these "Seagal" movies, but still have not picked up Absolution. It's the only Seagal movie that has not been released yet in Holland.

Great cover in my opinion, only too bad that they sell it again as a pure Seagal movie. People will feel misleaded.

Agreed, it is oversell of the one name actor in the film, whose role was relatively minor.
I can't understand why Seagal agrees to have him as the main actor on the cover. Just like with Code Of Honor and Asian Connection. People will feel misleaded and will blame Seagal for it. It's bad for his career.

It is quite possible he has no say in the matter...most likely the producers make the marketing decisions. It is deceptive, but movie promotion has been pretty exploitative since about the second movie ever made;)

I watched the following movies in the past 3 days:

Code of Honor (D- rating)
Asia Connection (F rating....Tom Sizemore did produce it...so that's one part of the problem right there.)
Sniper: Special Ops (F- rating....should never have been made....and Rob Van Dam could have been replaced by ANYONE! A stranger off the street could have done better. The guy pointed his toy gun like a 2 year old. Pathetic.

Anyhoo, all 3 movies are completely lousy films. I am done buying Steven's movies until something solid surfaces, which may never happen again.

you actually put money down for these when you can just D/L them?
PS: you can add Killing Salazar to your list.
