It's a familiar clip (http://www.steven-seagal.net/forum/showthread.php?t=4977) Only the exact year is under discussion. I've seen site promoting this as the 1993 Aikido Expo, others say it's 1996 and some say 1995.

Great clip though.

oke but I thought this one was different than the 1993 or 1996 Aikido Demonstration... But I wasn't sure about if this video already was posted, thus I think you're right Kotegashi.

You know what strikes me as weird about that clip... at one point, during the randori (actually at a couple of points during the randori), he's backing up, backing away from his ukes and they end up practically running him off the mat.

I keep being told it's bad form to back up; you're supposed to go towards your ukes, keep them moving into the space where you want them to go, not have them herd you where they want you to go.

Anyone else who's got more experience than I maybe want to explain what I'm seeing?
