Steven Seagal collaboration with Ice-T

I read this artical on PopMatters.com that mentioned Steven's name.
Did anybody ever hear about this? Where they supposed to make record or something?

"Despite the confirmed collaboration between Wyclef Jean and Steven Seagal that never seeming to surface, Ice-T seems to think he'll yield better results with David Hasselhoff. The two, who are friends and neighbors, will be collaborating on the latter's hip-hop debut. It's been reported that the Baywatch star will be known as "Hassel The Hoff" while in hip-hop mode, which I'm hoping is supposed to be a joke.

Also I think it would be really bad for the world if David Hasselhoff released a hip hop album with Ice-T. Steven could pull it off though. I hope I havent ovended any Knight Rider fans on the fourum, lol

I don't think Ice-T nor Steven Seagal ever planned on being as a team for anything ... the wording of that article is 'messed-up' ... they were just comparing how Steven Seagal's album was long awaited and thought that it would never come out, which is unlike for Ice-T and David Hasselhoff ... which they said realistically will be made quicker ... or something to that effect.

Wyclef Jean and Seagal were supposedly recording an album. This article was comparing the celebrity actor/ hip-hop star collaboration between them to the one with Hasselhoff/Ice T

I'd rather see an album with Steven Seagal and Ice T, than David Hasselhoff. But I found the article very funny, maybe it was a joke.

I think Steven would definatly do a better job rapping than Hasselhoff, lol. We know he can sing, so maybe he could beat the old beet box real good. I have no idea what I just said.

One of the 'best' shows that's not running anymore:

Are you guys forgetting the good old days of Baywatch? Hasselhoff did a good job as a singer in some episodes.

Anyways, both of them are white, so rapping is out of the question ... kind of like that saying "white man can't jump."

I miss that show too. lol. Hasselhoff actually tried to launch a singer career, but wasnt succesful. He held a concert when the Berlin Wall was torn down in '89, singing his one hit "lets talk about freedom". Rapping is a different story. Him and Ice-T rapping, imagine the panning they will get from critics. C-List celebrities trying to rap, and one of them is a former "actor".

It wasn't just one show...

Hasselhoff was the original star of Baywatch with Pamela Anderson (they were just lifeguards ... co-workers ... nothing more) ... it was one of the greatest 'guy-shows' ... something that would suit Spike TV today.

I only watched the seasons with Anderson...

I abandoned the show after all the original cast members left. But i did enjoy that Hawaii Wedding reunion last year. Everyone was back, and it was a good reunion show unlike many others today.

I for one like Ice-T..and i dont think that he is passed it at all..And the thought of him and Steven doing something sounds cool to me..thats just my thoughts on the matter anyway....Heather.
