I'd love to see him in the shape of the amazing Ruslan: Driven To Kill (2009), big and strong but agile, but let the man live the way he wants, and eat whatever the f he wants!!

He already made his legacy, and some of his DTV movies are getting old pretty good imo, are very entertaining!!

I'm enjoying his movies nowadays more than ever, even some films that I didn't like much 15-20 years ago, now rewatching them on TV with my wife (another Seagal's die hard fan) are a real joy, so much fun!!

That's what I like about the guy. He just lives how he wants, regardless of what others think.

Jesus, how has he let this happen to himself? Or his family and friends? I wonder if it's medical? It can't just be because he likes to eat and sit about... ?

I can't seem to find it, but I swear I read a quote from one of Seagal's children at some point talking about him having a medical issue (I think it was thyroid?) that caused his weight gain starting in the 90's. Still, he's proven in the past he can overcome it from the shape he got in for Exit Wounds, but can hardly blame him for not caring anymore at his age now.
