Thank you, Suzi. :) I found this quite interesting myself.

And, I'm not being facetious here, but really--are there many stars left at all who do their own stunts? A couple, maybe. But it's my understanding that the financial risk to the movie studio is too great to risk these stars being injured by letting them do their own. Look at the few who have been injured recently--Russell Crowe and Brad Pitt, for example--where production schedules had to be readjusted and filming postponed due to their injuries.

I don't really see why Steven Seagal would need a stunt double in the above movies. Were there stunt doubles for his earlier movies? I agree with Tora "...he even had stunt doubles in Ticker and in Mountain Dew...What was Seagal's part then?"

It's that gorgeous face you just can't replace, ya know...:D
But then, I soooooooo like everything about him...
It's not hard to tell when it's a double if you pay attention...
Actually I saw this before, on the net, I think...
But it's not about him, it's about his double...
I don't really know why he'd need one for the commercial, though...

Now that i think of it, the part with the head banging was sped up at the end. thanks for reminding me. but still, its pretty silly to pay a stunt double ot that 1 second scene.

Well, he is an Aries, and from what I read, they are supposedly predisposed to head injuries and maladies...
Yikes, but I don't even want to think about him getting hurt...:(
So I say, use the doubles, Steven darling...

Yes I remember him from HPD. Velinov? He is Eastern European ... sounds like a Russian last name, but first name ain't russian.
