Update on "Reach" and "Sun"!

Here is some new stuff on "Out of Reach" and "Into the Sun". Enjoy! I just hope they haven't already been posted somewhere else.

INTO THE SUN

Noted cinematographer Don FauntLeroy, who has been a cameraman on such notable films as Jeepers Creepers 1 and 2, Terminator 2, Goonies (one of my favorites) and Rapid Fire, will be the Director of Photography on this project.

OUT OF REACH

Award winning composer Alex Heffes has completed the score for this film. His credits include The Parole Officer and the acclaimed Touching the Void.

I have emailed him to see if I can find out what type of music we can expect for this film.

I hope this is interesting to people other than me.

Thank you gunslinger! The man from Into the Sun has done a lot of classic movies. That is good. Good production values can make the difference between a visually stunning movie and one that is ugly. Music is very important too. I think Steven should work with Andreas Vollenweider. He is a very talented composer with Asian influences, and his music goes well with a Seagal film. He did the music for "tears of the sun", if you have seen that.

I'm more interested in whether or not the script's any good, regardless of how pretty the movie is. If I have to listen to more rubbishy dialogue like OFAK and BOTB, dubbed or not, I'm going to spit nails.

This is very true. A good story is very important, along with good dialogue. The problem with "half past dead" versus "exit wounds" was that the dialogue was just plain stupid, and the movie was nothing new. Exit wounds was a modernized version of "above the law", complete with police corruption and good martial arts. I just hope this one is going to be good.

Very important indeed.Didn't Seagal,as co-writer of this film,co-write the script?Maybe not.
