Van Damme confirmend for The Expendables 2, as the villain

That is good news. He recently had a heart attack on the set of his new movie, Weapon.
Van Damme said he would only be in Expendables 2 if Seagal appeared no where in the movie. Seagal, however, would have turned any offers down since Avi Lerner is still producing, and Seagal refuses to work with him.
Let's hope the rumors turn out to be a joke that Stallone is a huge Justin Bieber fan. The rumor is that Stallone has not only cast Bieber to be in Expendables 2, but that Bieber will also star in Expendables 3 as a younger team of mercenaries becomes the main focus.

He didnt have a heart attack, he confirmend himself that it was just a rumor and it wasnt true.
And the thing with him not wanted to join if Seagal joined is also bollocks as well, that was confirmend by sheldon lettich who was interviewed. Somebody contacted the interview'er, and Sheldon's words was missplaced and taken out of context totaly. It was confirmend by Sheldon on one of the JCVD messageboards.
Stallone is not directing the film anymore, so I dont think that it is up to him if Bieber will join or not ..

Yep, firstly, Sheldon Lettich confirmed that the story about Van Damme not joining if Seagal did was false.
At one point, Seagal was almost confirmed to be co-starring with Van Damme in what is now his upcoming new film called "Weapon", but the deals fell through.
Also, this news about Jean Claude joining Expendables II is not completely confirmed yet. Sheldon may have heard from Jean Claude that he was likely to accept an offer, but as far as his management/agency is concerned, nothing definite is set as yet.
