And it was recording one vote for each of them
for a long time, but now only records one vote...

Lotussan perhaps if you are having problems with your computer, it is due to the fact that you turn-off/turn-on the computer too often. That sort of action disrupts the normal function of electronic parts inside your computer ... it's not good for your PC lifetime.
