I took hofmae's .MOV file and converted it to a much smaller 5.5mb .WMV file (Windows Media format). I don't see much degradation in quality, either.

Anyway you can get it by right-clicking here and selecting "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer, or "Save Link As..." in Mozilla Firefox.
