ohhhhh, yesssssss it is. But i can't eat that too much 'cos' it's quite fat! :(

you should try. take a piece of bread, smash the banana on it and add above a slice of cheese (you can also use cheese for spaghetti). then put it a little bit in the hoven or microwaves hoven. :cook:

Just for fun one day i tried an cucumber, apple, and bean sprout sandwich and it was not bad at all...but i do have weird cravings at that time of the month..iam sure other girls do here .....at least its healthy..

That sounds good! I make something similar. Has anyone heard of a sandwich shop chain called Jimmy John's? I have tried to copy their veggie sandwich with some success. I take a ripe avocado and mash it, spread some on some wheat bread, put on a slice or two of provolone cheese, a bit more of the mashed avocado, then alfalfa spouts and cucumber. Who knew all of that would taste great together? Jimmy Johns comes with tomatoes, which I don't like cold...I can only eat them hot, lettuce (I don't like iceberg lettuce...it gets kind of slimy) and mayo, which I don't like either.

When I'm feeling a bit carnivorous, peanut butter and bacon, on wheat toast. I haven't had that for ages.

I thought of something besides ham and cheese. :D

Ever heard of a portobello mushroom? It's huge--about the size of a large hamburger bun. It's delicious grilled, or fried, either way brushed with a tiny bit of olive oil. Some restaurants serve it on a large toasted kaiser roll (my favorite) or on a toasted hamburger bun. I've had it with melted swiss, sometimes with mayo, sometimes with barbecue sauce or house dressing, all good. Sometimes if I make it at home I won't put anything on the roll, as the mushroom itself is juicy if not overcooked.

Restaurants charge from $7.00-8.00 and up for these. At home, when I see some good fresh ones at the local market, I can make one for about $1.50. And no tip. :D

Now if you put that in the oven, you could have the easy version of a baked sugar cookie. :D
