TD are you just referring to Siberia or the whole former Soviet union?
Siberia was not nice during war! LOL ... was that supposed to be a surprise? ... seing as that was the perfect place that the russians used for their POWs. Other than that, Siberia is quite a site; people are just not prepared for the weather ... and don't give me that b.s. that if you're Canadian, you can handle anything. Siberia is the colderst place on Earth, and if you aren't ready for it, ofcourse you won't enjoy it. Otherwise, it's unlike any place else. Just one more thing, you won't see any Disney World/Land there so don't expect to go on the beach or see some skyscrapers.
