This song hold much comfort to me. We were playing the Gaither Reunion CD. As this song ended...my mother took Gods hand and went to be with him in heaven.

My husband sang their song, "Sheltered in the arms of God" to my mom while she was in the hospital. The look on her face showed it brought her comfort. To know no matter what we are going through in life we don't have to go it alone. Ask God for help and trust him. He will shelter you in his arms. He promised to "never leave us or forsake us."
