I partially agree with the above. Fanatics do exist on this site so please do not try to hide this little dark secret They exist and occasionally show their true colors.

Of course people aren't going to move on after they stated their opinion. Look you are still communicating it. And wow look I am still here. Let's be realistic the persons view at the moment is the view he is going to express multiple times. So if you have issues with the negative posts which make the second side of a coin then do something about it. Try to ignore certain threads, try to ignore certain members, and maybe visit the site less. Act on what works for you.

People get criticized are not always just Fans. Majority of them are in fact Fanatics. Nothing is going to stop because suddenly you dislike this. I think there might be peace depending on Steven. I mean why are we all arguing? Because we want a great film. Just one lousy great film like his old ones. If he gives us this film peace could be restored. Think of it this way we are taking him hostage until he makes that one masterpiece

Through I am passive I didn't particularly think there was anything clever about the usage of the word son. Basic at best nothing overly clever. Now the Japanese VCR comment is hilarious through

TJ basically summed up my view - just becasue you dislike parts of Seagals movies/career doesnt make you a blind hater of the man. If i hated him why would i have all his movies and visit a fan site every day? However im a media student - and i know shoddy filmaking when i see it. Some may be able to look past it-however i just cant, mabye its just me. Mabye its that i compare his recent movies with his past bests and they cant stand up. However again, i do find it worrying that his weight issue is shipped under the carpet. I feel that for so called 'fans' the fact people seem unable to accept or express there concern about Seagals weight and health at an age where it could do him fatal harm, without the thread being deleted, worrying.

Now ontopic - i think its hard to tell whos lying. Seagal from all recent reports isnt exactly the most rigarous worker and so i could belive NuImage, however it could have been a small issuse that they would otherwise have let slide and are blowing out of proportion in order to counter Seagals own legal action. I guess we'll see when it goes to court.

Agreed. And just because someone doesn't agree with that opinion, or happens to like a movie someone else doesn't, that does not make them a poor blind, pitiful, ignorant fanatic, someone to be pitied? Also agreed?

I feel that for so called 'fans' the fact people seem unable to accept or express there concern about Seagals weight and health at an age where it could do him fatal harm, without the thread being deleted, worrying.

For the record, no one's post is EVER deleted for talking about weight, age, etc. (as I think this thread clearly indicates ) unless it contains inappropriate language, as explained by Craig in another thread, or unless someone personally attacks another member. Whereas my posts were not directed at any one person (agreed?), other posts that single out a person and says that their posts are stupid, ignorant, blind, immature, etc. is considered a personal attack, as TDWoj explained in another thread, and are not permitted. That is the number one rule of the forum.

Thanks for the support, Lollipop. It's much appreciated. It's so easy for some to sit back and criticize the way things are handled, but never do we hear we did anything right. So thanks!

I really think most members do respect others, and sometimes the very few who do it may not realize how it comes across. That's when we (meaning all 6 of us ) come in and try to take care of it as quietly as possible, trying not to upset the involved parties. Sometimes it works. Sometimes........
