Mavis says ..... I knew someone who had a cat called 'Dirty Gertie' can't remember why it was dirty but she was cute when we sat in the dog kennel together sharing my prawn salad on a lunch break.

Lol cant have an word to my mum about my nickname she is long gone but i guess it stuck 'Gertie' ..i remmeber we had an galah (grey/pink/white bird) we called him 'cocky' and he used to pick up words that easy and mimick my mum by saying 'Gertie' and repeating it i used to get real mad and feel like throttling him but of course i didnt he lived for nearly 13 years ...still miss him silly bird..
