The best pizza I have ever had was in Germany, at a little Italian hole in the wall...
You could see actaully them making it...It was a wonderful hand tossed thin crust
the size of a dinner plate, it was cooked in a wood oven, and they used a drizzle of olive oil, just a touch of tomato sauce, real mozzarella slices (the fresh kind that comes in little balls) parmesan and asiago cheese, I believe, fresh mushrooms and genoa salami, it was truly divine...
Top that off with zitrone (lemon) sorbet for dessert, and it's heaven...
