I did some research on Aikido Martial Arts, today. It is a very Beautiful Martial Art and now I know why I like it so much! It teaches what I belive. The creator of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba Sensei(1883-1969), was so at one with nature, like I love to be! Aikido is the 'Art of Peace' ...Conflict resolution...Wish I could take Aikido. I love it more than any other Martial Art I have seen. It is So Me!

My X and one of his friends as hacked into my computer, In attempts to destroy my life this way too...Especially when I contact other about my situation and Case against him...it is not a virus! Please forgive not being on Sat night or Sun. Had a slight relaps, mowed to much at parents and at home(until 9:30pm) on Sat and spent Sun. in bed. That's were I went to and uploaded mine pics. on my page. Did you check out your Control center to see if it's there? Have you got on twitter to check out Stevens page yet?. Thanks for the info on the teas I have been using ginger tea with honey. I will get some tea of what you suggested, Am feeling better tonight but spent the day in bed rest works wonders. I will down load some pic this Sunday for sure. Not to many interesting spieces of things up in the cape but I did get to see a horseshoe crap up real close. Picked up alot of shells while I was there my friend is making a shell garden for her home. She too came down with the same thing I have. But we both had alot of fun while we were there and it was good to see her again. Had a bad storm here 2 days ago. The grass has grown so much since I've been gone and my fields need mowing again. Never ending thing. I hope you and your children are doing well. Did you see that Steven is on twitter now. I guess I be a twitter fan now also. Can't wait till his new album comes out. May the Great Spirit Mother Earth watch over you and your children.
