) Tiger cubs. A lactating woman in Myanmar has volunteered to breastfeed a pair of endangered Bengal tiger cubs recently born at a Yangon zoo and separated from their aggressive mother. April 3, 2005.
2) An Indian White Bengal Tiger takes a cooling dip in a pond at the New Delhi Zoo. India will invite global experts to join its first national census of tigers and other predators amid fears the animals are vanishing from the jungle. April 3, 2005.
3) A royal Bengal tiger yawns inside its enclosure in a zoo in New Delhi March 17, 2005. Alarmed by reports of a rapid fall in tiger numbers, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has ordered a police investigation and created a new task force to save the endangered species.
