Echo Bridge are an independent off shoot from Mill Creek (who used to put out a lot of those 'All-Region' public domian 8, 16, 50 movie boxsets in the early 2000's)
However, in more recent times, they've acquired a lot of the 'Miramax' back catologue (and released a lot of technically sound, but bare-bones DVD/BD titles)

It also lists the alternate title of "FINAL MISSION", as well as ATTRITION. Seems odd to have both listed...

That's an awesome cover! I bought the attrition blu ray from 365 flix but I'm tempted to buy this as well. Maybe the picture quality will be better?

I have stopped watching anything for seagal 7 years ago and then watched this one and it made me like him again

The Italian Blu-Ray release is legit (but doesn't have the English subs during the Mandarin dialogue)
I may be tempted to double dip with the U.S release though?

I've been able to watch the movie a few weeks ago and I think it's the best movie starring Steven Seagal in a few years. I don't think it's his best movie since Exit Wounds, but it is one of the best ever since. Hopefully follow this path and hopefully the rumors are true and decide to finally roll Under Siege 3.

I already bought Attrition Blu-ray from 365flix, but it was BD-R. I will buy the Echo Bridge Blu-ray to have Attrition on Blu-ray and not just BD-R. General Commander Blu-ray from Lionsgate is also BD-R!! Oh well, better than DVD.

I've read a few people saying they got the film before but it was a BD-R, but what on earth is that? I have no idea what that means. Thanks. Anyway, I'll get it eventually, maybe for my birthday or ask a family member to get me for it Christmas.

A BDR is the equivalent of a DVDR (in that it's a made-to-order release on a recordable Blu-Ray disc....as opposed to a legit, mastered 'retail' release)
Usually these release are great (quality-wise) but (in my opinion) are just glorified copies.
Go for the Italian release, if you have any doubts (despite not having English subtitles for a few lines of Mandarin dialogue, throughout the movie) at very least, it's a legit release

It is showing as "backordered" on other sites in the US. It is also showing as available for rental at Red Box (one of the free standing video kiosks were one can rent games and dvds) on August 13. Perhaps retail release has been delayed to account for this?The Blu-ray that supposedly left yesterday in the United States, is still unavailable to buy in Amazon.
