Attrition is also available at Amazon from their streaming service. I agree - it seems they are delaying the dvd/Blu-ray release until they mine the on-line rentals.Echo Bridge is probably doing what the major film companies do. First they release the movie on VOD (on demand) and rental. Then later on they release the Blu-ray & DVD. Attrition is available to rent on Vudu. They probably just pushed back the release date to make money on rental sales.
The retail outlets have advertised having the dvd available for shipping based on Echo Bridge's published release date of 8-6-19. For whatever reason, Echo Bridge appears to have not met that date, so the retailers show it as currently out of stock, or backordered from the supplier. Hopefully, dvds will ship soon to the retail outlets who then can fill orders already placed. I will wait until they show having stock on hand.Spoke with Mathieu Weschler about the release. He tried to order the movie throught different US sites but they all said "out of stock". Can someone confirm this? And what does backordered mean exactly?
I bought my dvd copy today at a local Wal-Mart as well. It appears the release date was pushed back a week from its original date. Not uncommon for a small distributor such as Echo Bridge. It's being sold at my local Walmart, I live in Nebraska. Blu-ray and standard DVD.

Can't wait for your reviews guys! Post them in the review section please
Did you watch the movie?
No I still haven't. Still no release in my country. I have been thinking about downloading it, but it seems those web and bluray rips are very bad because all the Asian dialogue is not subtitled. It's hard to resist, but I will wait for a proper release.
I bought only the DVD, not the Blu-ray. The DVD is Region 1, in English with Spanish, English and Mandarin subtitles. The English soundtrack includes English subtitles for all the non-English dialogue (there is quite a bit).Is it Region locked by the way?
It includes a behind-the-scenes featurette, which I believe is the same one on the 365flix release.
This looks just like the new release rack at MY Wal-mart….you mean they're all the same?????
