So Seagal will be playing the role of Lincoln.

That means he will have to shoot scenes with Michael Jai White. I thought those two don't get along well....

Well, it doesn't mean they have to be on set at the same time.
If I remember correctly Steve Austin mentioned that he and Seagal weren't on set at the same time and yet the do have scenes together in that movie.

Good news that we have a Seagal movie to shoot this year then! Hope it's somewhat different for him and he doesn't just sleepwalk through the role, he needs to raise his voice a bit so you can hear him!

I contacted director Michael Merino. Very nice guy! He told me Bounty is still on track and shooting is now scheduled for the Fall.
Did he told something about Seagals role in the movie? Will it be a supporting role or a leading role?

I'd love, as I'm sure most people would, for Seagal to have a different look. Wear a wig so his hair is different, lose the died goatie and glasses, really do something different and push out the boat. Come on sensei, you can do it! Hopefully the budget isn't the same as a sack of potatoes and the filmmakers can make it look good.

Am in agreement about the goatee and glasses, it would be nice to see the full regular Seagal as we remember him.

I think he looks far better with the goatee. It's less noticeable the weight gain in his face. I wish he had the goatee in some of his earlier dtv movies

My first post in 10 years. I am a fan of Michael Jai White. He is the real deal and still tries. Although I still see him attached to the dreadful DTV films. Steven being Steven, I know what to expect. He will dismantle him in a few slaps, ala Gary Daniels and Ken Lo. Waste of talented opponents.
